Sam’s Chicken’s founder began franchising his operation in the 1990’s as he truly believed he could offer delicious, quality, and affordable fried chicken to the wider community. He developed a smooth operation with carefully crafted recipes and cooking procedures specific to the brand. He wanted to offer this business opportunity to other like-minded individuals who would be able to bring his vision of brand expansion to life.
Over the years we have acquired many dedicated and hard working franchisees that have been a credit to our brand. Today, we have over 50 stores across the UK and our brand continues a strong and steady growth. We believe we have a reliable business franchise model and have the infrastructure in place to support our growing business. As well as providing our franchisees with valuable resources and training, all products are supplied and distributed to our stores by our sister company Sam’s Fast Foods Ltd. and we pride ourselves in the reliable and consistent service we are able to offer as a franchise partner.

Estimated Shop Fitting and Equipment
To shop fit and equip a 1,100 sq ft new store to Sam’s standards will cost around £250,000. This is in addition to the lease/freehold cost of the building. Sam’s is providing these figures to assist you to analyze your proposed restaurant construction. These estimates are based upon the experience of the construction of company-owned restaurants.
